Title: The Shopping Spree

Author: Betsy Haynes

Type: Fiction

Page Count:136

Rating: 3.5/5

I picked up this book after somebody recommended it to me on one of my BookTube videos. It’s a contemporary of and very similar to the Goosebumps books, and that’s pretty cool because I used to love those things when I was a kid.

Overall, I came to it a little bit late and so I didn’t get as much enjoyment out of this as I might have if I’d picked it up as a kid, but it was still enjoyable enough and worked out in the end as a pretty decent palette cleanser after reading a Daphne du Maurier novel. I can’t complain at all, although I doubt I’ll read more in the series. So yeah.
