Ian Fleming – Octopussy and the Living Daylights

This Ian Fleming book is, of course, one of his James Bond books, and as you can probably tell from the title, this one is a collection of shorter stories which, despite the titular stories both being turned into full-length movies, are really shorter pieces that serve as strong introductions into the world of Bond.

I really liked this book, and I couldn’t really fault any of the stories that are in there – I’d definitely recommend it as an introduction to Fleming and the Bond series if you’ve not read any of the other books. Read it!
