Smart’s book is a short and sweet explanation of the Proud methodology that he’s developed to help businesses to achieve customer service excellence. Put simply, Smart recommends being polite and professional, treating customers with respect, owning problems, understanding the customer and working to deliver a solution. If you want more detail, you’ll have to buy the book!
