This collection of poetry is translated from the Estonian by Ilmar Lehtpere, and I have to say that I’m impressed. I think that Ehin offers up a fascinating insight on the world that we live in, including what it’s like to be an Estonian in an international setting.

All in all, this is one of the few foreign-language poets that I’ve read that’s left me so keen to read more that I’ll be adding a few of her books to my ‘want to readlist.
