I happened to spot this in a charity shop at just the time that I decided to learn to juggle. It turned out to be surprisingly good – full of useful tips and illustrations, as well as a bunch of activities for you to do to improve your juggling skills.

Disclaimer: While I aim to be unbiased, I received a copy of this for free to review.

This book has a lot of value if you’re looking to start your own business – it covers everything you could ever need, from taxation laws to registering companies and trademarks and a growth plan. In fact, it was much more in-depth than I thought it was going to be, even after I interviewed the author for the blog.

One of its notable features is that it has a lot of activities for you to do, to help you to develop your business plan and to steer your business out into the wider world. I didn’t do them, because I mostly read whilst on the bus and I only really read this to learn a bit more about how businesses work – I’m not about to start a business of my own, but if I was then I’d certainly revisit it.

That’s why I gave it an 8/10 – it’s packed with information, full of useful tests and information, and you’ll learn a lot from it. If you put what you learn into action then you’re well on your way to launching a successful startup – in fact, if you put all of it into action, you’ll have a plan to take you right up to your company’s IPO.
